Job Description

Jenson Fisher have been engaged on an exclusive basis, by a highly reputable organisation based in Renfrewshire to recruit a Data Entry Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a friendly team and progressin administration. This is office based, and the hours are 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.The main duties:

  • Actiondaily emails and general communication
  • Data entry on Microsoft and bespoke in-house systems.
  • Completion of any administration tasks required daily.
  • Assisting with the payroll department
The mainduties:
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Highly proficient in Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail is paramount in the role
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
  • You must be well organised and be able to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a bigger team
