Job Description

Campus Services (Campus Support)Paisley Campus Campus Administrator REQ000012Grade 3: £22,630 - £25,285 per annumFull time: 35 hours per weekFixed Term until 31 December 2024 THE POST - Campus Administrator This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of the West of Scotland at our Paisley campus.Working within Campus Services, the Campus Support team provide a high-quality support service to all colleagues within the Directorate and other University stakeholders ensuring an exceptional student and visitor experience and maintaining a positive imageof the University.Reporting to the Campus Services Manager, the post-holder will undertake a wide range of campus related activities to support the day-to-day operations within the Campus Services Directorate. The role also has team leader responsibility for our Welcome Ambassadorson the Paisley campus.The successful candidate should have the following:

  • HNC in a business-related discipline or with equivalent experience in a similar role demonstrated through relevant and practical work experience
  • Experience of working in a busy, customer-focused office environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial and employee files
  • Working knowledge and experience of record keeping / information management
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • A professional and confident manner and the ability to work as part of a team as well as working independently
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering service quality
  • Willingness to travel to other campuses as required
