  • Front Desk Presence: Be the welcoming face of our company, greeting visitors and clients with a friendly smile and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining organised records.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as a central point of contact, efficiently managing phone calls, emails, and interoffice communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organise meetings, coordinate agendas, and ensure meeting rooms are set up to facilitate productive discussions.
  • Office Organisation: Keep our work space in top shape by overseeing supplies, equipment, and ensuring a tidy and functional office.
  • Team Assistance: Support various departments with administrative tasks, fostering collaboration and smooth work flow.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organising company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable personality, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
