Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 2 Health Care Assistant to work as part of an integrated health and social care team based at Padgate House Intermediate Care Unit. Padgate house is an in-patient bed based facility that provides intermediate nursing care and therapy to a total of 35 patients.The successful candidate will join the existing health care assistant team in the delivery of high quality care to the patients of Padgate house. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to enable them to work effectively in the multi-disciplinary team and across the wider health and social care system to facilitate safe discharge of patients back into the community.In return, we will give you our full support and nurture your career starting with a comprehensive induction programme.What we offerWe offer a great package with inclusion in the following benefits to name but a few:
