Job Description

Fintelligent is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Advisor to join our clients vibrant finance team based in Warrington. This full-time sales role offers a starting basic salary of up to £24,000 with OTEs of up to £8,000 per year and an incrediblebenefits package.As a talented Sales Advisor, you will make life easier for the customer, spending time ensuring they are making the right decision on the finance package they have chosen, helping them understand the financial and legal implications of what they are doingand giving the support they need through the whole process. Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, working 7.5 hours daily between 9 am-8 pm. You will also work one Saturday per month from 9 am-5 pm and one Sunday every six weeks from 10 am-4pm.Some of the responsibilities in this sales job will include:

Handling inbound calls from customers and dealers
Completing income and expenditure calls with customers to gain accurate monthly outgoings information and ensure sustainable repayments
Ensuring all the information is accurately recorded
Providing a full explanation of the services and guiding them through the finance agreement, confirming that the loan repayments are affordable

To apply for this Sales Advisor role, you will need previous customer service experience and a background working in a busy, changing environment. Ideally, you will have worked in a regulatory environment and understand treating the customer fairly. In addition,you should have outstanding communication skills and the ability to use conversational and questioning techniques.You will receive a salary of £22K-£24K with OTEs of up to £8K per year for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
