Consultative approachThe Senior Business Analyst Role:Our growth story continues and following the award of several new client engagements, we are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support an exciting client transformation programme, initially on a contract basis.The successful candidate will have a background in project or consulting-based engagements, global roll out of frameworks or have worked within or around marketing technology through a brand, agency or vendor. Experience in the areas of Marketing ContentProduction within FMCG / Agency would be highly desirable, as well as Media Asset Management and Digital File Delivery a distinct advantage. You will ideally have had experience of transformation, process mapping and modelling (i.e. Artefact-centric businessprocess models), quantification, finding areas of efficiency improvements, managing workshops with key client stakeholders, exceptional stakeholder management, and research.For this contract there will be a requirement to travel to the clients regional HQ in Slough and/or their London office in Paddington, as well as offices in Holborn as needed.About You:+ 8-10 years experience obtained within FMCG / Agency / MarTech vendor with a good knowledge of E2E content production processes and technology+ A can do focused attitude with the ability to drive tasks forward and meet agreed deadlines+ Excellent communicator - ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels across a complex global matrixed organisation+ Comfortable working on large scale multi-£m projects+ Subject expert in common delivery models e.g., Agile, Plan-based etc. and comfortable working in entrepreneurial or governance-based environments+ IIBA / BCS qualification or equivalent+ Proficient in BPMN 2.0 and UML methodologies+ Excellent PowerPoint / Excel skills, with ability to extrapolate and present complex data, simply and visually+ Familiar with business case creation and methodologies+ Natural problem solver+ Meticulous attention to detail+ Ability to work under pressure and time constraintsSounds like a good fit Apply here for a fast-track path to our Leadership Team.Application notice...
