Job Description

Data Insights Lead - Global TelecommunicationsA highly recognised multinational telecommunications company are seeking an experienced DataInsightsLead to support the data tracking, analysis and insight of their overall performance within their new commercial digital services. The position will be vitalin the molding of the divisions product and services through data-driven insights and strategies. The right person will come from a Data & Insights background at a senior level, strong experience in data analysis tools and languages, knowledge of cloud platforms, and proven leadership experience.The Role:

Oversee the collection, analysis and cleaning of data from various sources to obtain actionable insights and report
Implement data governance to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
Create and maintain a Global Insight dashboard
Run relevant reporting frameworks, and visualisations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs)
Work with senior managers to develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy for the greater division
Provide leadership within the wider team, working closely to mentor and develop team potential

The Requirements:

Previous experience in a Data Insights, Data Visualisation, Data Management or similar role at Lead level.
Excellent research and analytic skills.
Good working knowledge of data management methods.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms
Proven leadership and team management experience
Full UK Right to work; no sponsorship options available

The Overview:

Up to £90,000 basic salary, depending on experience
Fulltime permanent position
Flexible hybrid role: 3 days in office
Paddington or Newbury office available
