Property Manager - Paddington - up to £40kMy client is a fully independent boutique property management consultancy overseeing Residential and Commercial property across London.Priding themselves on relationship building, first name term contact with residents and directors and an almost forensic approach to details, they now seek a like-minded, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly Property Manager / Block Manager to work out of their Paddington office base.Overseeing a compact, quality, well run and appreciative portfolio the successful candidate will deal with the full range of duties from budget setting to insurance provision and major works, all with the support of the team and outstanding accounting and admin functions.The suitable candidate will need to genuinely enjoy the block management lifestyle and have a real passion for customer service and doing things right.They will also need experience of QUBE and have at least 2-3 years exposure to leasehold block management, ideally in an independent or quality focused environment with ambitions to progress and complete IRPM qualifications.Salary is £35k - £40k to start depending on experience with excellent long term financial and career prospects.
