Job Description

Digital Learning Experience ConsultantCentral LondonCompetitive salary + BenefitsNetwork HR are delighted to have been retained to be working alongside a highly reputable and well regarded Housing business who, due to constant evolution, is now seeking an experienced Digital Learning Experience Consultant (brand new role).JOB PURPOSEThe post-holder will become the business’s subject matter expert for all digital learning initiatives, delivering the very best online and e-learning programmes for the workforce. In alignment with the Learning Strategy, the post-holder will define and manage the experience for all employees, (alongside external vendors), curate and deliver blended learning programmes and pathways as required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduce smart, evidence based, commercially driven learning solutions that are effective and efficient from a learner and business perspective• Demonstrate a ‘customer centric mindset’, interacting with stakeholders ensuring that both the Customer and Learner are at the heart of the solution.• Lead on instructional design and learning content creation and/ or curation to create a positive working environment, customer-first ethos and high-performance culture• Lead on the learning experience and instructional design process from analysis to solution delivery• Reviewing the effectiveness of learning solutions using relevant insights, data and metrics• Leveraging emerging technologies and driving innovative, future-focused learning• Incorporating the latest evidence-based thinking to shape A2D’s instructional design and learning experience methodology• Engage, train and oversee the work of the internal experts.• Create, manage and maintain relationships with external training providers.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED• Successful track record in developing leading-edge learning solutions based on solid, effective instructional design practice and knowledge of learning theories.• Demonstrable commitment to quality, creativity, agility in design approach and in meeting deadlines.• Demonstration of ‘digital’ adding and creating value to all forms of learning interventions• Experience of effectively communicating project priorities and developing multiple projects (demonstrable working knowledge of full ADDIE cycle would be highly desirable)• Rigorous, independent execution as well as the ability to work cross function, with stakeholders and third-party providers• Up-to-date knowledge of the changing world of learning and upcoming learning technologies.• Managing supplier/ vendor and third-party relationships for the delivery of digital learningIf this role is of interest please don’t hesitate to apply following this link, quoting ref: 480104761
