We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator to be a key member for an award-winning holiday business based in Devon. This is a great opportunity with excellent long-term prospects.The candidate will require to oversee the effective running of the entire job process operation on a daily basis. Working closely with Maintenance Manager, Housekeeping Manager and Reception.Key Duties-Ensure every job reported from cleaners, guests, owners and team is logged on the system correctly-Manage to work load of the maintenance/housekeeping team in conjunction with the maintenance manager and housekeeping managers.-Ensure all jobs are physically completed and then marked off on system-Ensure any holiday home out of service is managed and communicated effectively to get it back into service.-Ensure all rechargeable jobs are recharged correctly-Ensure owners are kept up to date with job progress-Co-ordinate the siting sheet on a weekly basis in conjunction with holiday home sales and maintenance manager-Offer additional chargeable services to the owners-Act as after sales support for the owners - dealing with any warranty issues-Manage the drain down process in conjunction with Maintenance Manager-Manage the Hire fleet winter works process-Manage the moves process of hire fleet holiday homes in conjunction with maintenance manager-Offer additional re-chargeable services to the owners.If you feel you have the desire and experience needed to succeed as a Maintenance Administrator, then please apply now.
