Job Description

Our Client is a leading Manufacturer, dedicated to producing high-quality products for their customers. Elevation Recruitment are currently working closely with the business, to find a Warehouse Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.The Warehouse Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and data within their facility. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Administrator:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, tracking, and reporting on stock movement
  • Order Processing: Process and coordinate incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data related to warehouse operations and inventory
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, and invoices
  • Communication: Collaborate with the warehouse team, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Quality Control: Assist in quality control checks to ensure that products meet their high standards
The Warehouse Administrator will need:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Effective communication skills
