Through our multi-geographical presence (UK, Ireland, and Western Europe) we have a deep consumer insight which is a key component of the business.About the roleKerry operates a hybrid working policy and we are flexible on candidate location within the UK and IrelandWe are looking for a dynamic leader who can influence and drive the implementation and sustainment in our DCF business.Inclusive of this, the CI Lead will develop and implement an effective CI strategy that encompasses all sites & functions across the UKand Ireland. Focusing on the core essentials of CI, driving the problem-solving culture along with developing teams. This role creates exposure across multiple sites & functions across the business.What will I be doing

• Develop and implement an effective CI strategy that encompasses all sites & functions.
• Ensure this strategy meets the goals of the sites and overall business strategy ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
• Continually review and adjust the strategy in line with internal and external changes.
• Plan all site activities on a master schedule and hold others accountable to the timelines to ensure the on-time delivery of the strategy.
• Act as a change agent, coaching, mentoring, and influencing at all levels to affect the required CI culture.
• Act as a key member and influencer within the site leadership team.
• Facilitate the education of the team in the principles, philosophies, and tools of CI.
• Develop, train and mentor employees to foster a strong culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure the business key performance indicators (KPIs) (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environment) are achieved through 1KPS.
