Job Description

Repairs Administrator/ Scheduler£18,000- £20,000Monday - Friday with opportunities to work 8am- 5pm or 8:30am-5:30pmAn exciting opportunity has emerged to work for an Award Winning company in a great location with easy access to transport links. With outstanding benefits, management and environment, you will assist in planning, scheduling and managing facility maintenancefor various services.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers over the phone and via email/portals
  • Logging facilities jobs onto the database - following the works through to completion
  • Liaising with clients ensuring a high level of communication at all times
  • Planning and co-ordinating maintenance contracts within agreed SLAs
  • Updating customers on work to be completed, timeframes and schedules
  • Producing purchase orders for materials and sub-contractors as required
  • Producing plant requisitions for equipment required for the jobs
  • Inputting and collate completed works record sheets
  • Ensuring jobs are completed and signed off within a timely manner
  • Sourcing engineers with relevant experience/qualifications to complete the job
  • Producing accurate invoices on a daily basis once works have been completed
You will have:
  • Experience of working in a fast paced admin role
  • The ability to work efficiently towards strict SLAs
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • A keen eye for attention to detail
  • Scheduling/planning experience is desirable
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
