You will work closely with Brand innovation managers, marketing managers and site R&D Teams.This person will maintain awareness of market, consumer and restaurant trends and competitor activity applying this knowledge during the development stage & supporting with ideation for the R&D innovation Funnel. Completing desk research on insights and trendswithin the food industry to inform and share with the business.Key responsibilities

  • Project management and governance of innovation projects
  • Tracking innovation projects & full ownership of critical paths
  • Cross functional collaboration on innovation projects
  • Working closely with the R&D technologists and R&D manager you will manage innovation projects and co-ordinate project teams
  • Develop a good understanding of our current technology capability and associated technical requirements
Qualifications and skills
  • Food science degree or similar
  • Excellent project management skills (formal training desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities against demanding time frames
  • Knowledge of innovation process & concept development
  • Proven experience in R&D/Manufacturing
  • Experience in dairy processing desirable
