Payroll AdministratorUp to £25KWe are currently recruiting an experienced Payroll Assistant, detail oriented, adept at noticing errors, able to multi task and prioritize as well as being highly trustworthy dealing with sensitive and confidential information.Duties include but not limited to: Accurately calculating the right amounts of pay, deductions, overtime, bonuses Processing data related to the weekly and monthly payments Managing RTI and the Auto-enrolment scheme for the company Deducting the right amount of pension contributions, income tax and national insurance. General Office duties such as answering the telephone, fielding enquiries. Calculating and processing SMP, SSP, P45s P60s Recording payroll data onto Sage payroll software Changing employee details Managing year end processes and associated returns. Collaborating with the HR department to maintain employee data, tracking holidays Resolving issues employees may have with payroll mattersExperience Required Minimum of two years payroll experience.
