Job Description

Role: Office administratorHours: 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour lunch (37,5 hours per week) Monday - FridayHourly rate: £11 per hourTemp to perm positionWe are looking for an Office Administrator to work for one of our major Food Manufacturing client based in Ossett. You will be responsible for the day to day admin tasks to support procurement team.Main Duties:- Supporting the office staff will daily admin duties- Chasing deliveries, working on a template- Update suppliers- Price Maintenance on the system- Updating the computer system/database- Monitoring the Team Workload and highlighting any relevant deadlines- Answering the telephonePerson requirements and attributes:- Procurement experience would be beneficial but its nor essential- Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills- Good communication skills (verbal & written)- Excellent eye for detail- Self-directed and able to work on own initiative- Excellent team player- Experience in food manufacturing/accounts/commercial would be advantageousFree onsite parking
