With 25,000+ colleagues across the globe and 15,000+ Kerry products, your opportunities are limitless.About the roleWe are looking for a New Product Introduction Technologist for our site in Ossett, UK.Key responsibilities

  • As part of the NPD team, you will work with other functions in our spreads factory, ensuring a standardised approach to New Product Introduction, Process Improvements and Profit Improvement Projects (PIPs)
  • Carry out factory trials on dairy and plant-based products.
  • Own production implementation - systems, paperwork, codes, recipe set up (internal and customer).
  • Organise and co-ordinate factory trial activities (including NPI Led packaging trials) to ensure successful trial outcomes.
  • Communicate the product quality standards as part of the NPI process and provide training to facilitate understanding and effective implementation.
  • Working cross functionally with internal teams, customers, and brand marketing.
  • Collaborate with outside agencies and suppliers as appropriate, co-ordinate and ensure the completion of relevant activities required as part of the packaging development process.
  • Working as part of a cross functional team, support the delivery of PIPs at a site level, ensuring changes are introduced in accordance with defined site capabilities, ensuring product quality attributes are preserved and Food Safety and Legal requirementsare met.
