Through our multi-geographical presence (UK, Ireland, and Western Europe) we have a deep consumer insight which is a key component of the business.About the roleWe are currently recruiting for an permanent team member for our site in Ossett, Wakefield on a full time basis.You will be working with engineering teams to coordinate projects and perform administrative tasks that ensure the smooth progress ofprojects. Whilst this role will include regular use of the CMMS system (Computerised Maintenance Management System), candidates must also be aware that there will be requirement from time to time to aid with the moving of stock (up to 20KG). You will needto be a confident communicator as you will also need to liaise with suppliers on a regular basis and be able to think on your feet to ensure the best prices are achieved for parts. • Liase with suppliers to deliver a cost effective solution of purchasing spare parts for the site.
• Working with IT systems to provide a service to the site for correct stock levels of parts for Engineering spares and work requests.
• Working with other departments to deliver on time purchasing and goods receipting to manage the finance requirements.

Qualifications and skills

• IT literate, working with Engineering CMMS
• Standard IT applications such as spreadsheets.
• Preferably an Engineering or an Engineering stores background
