Job Description

Valley Green Recruitment are very excited to be recruiting for an incredible international business, who have chosen Wakefield / Ossett to place their UK head office.Based in their modern offices in Ossett, you will be part of a new UK based Customer Service Team, providing first-class after-sales support for their high-end fitness and lifestyle product clients. Technical training is provided, however, a basic understanding of the operational features of such products would be a huge advantage.Role responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound queries from end-users and retailers, along with third-party service providers in a timely manner.
  • Resolution of customer issues, inclusive of troubleshooting and identification of the most effective solution for both the customer and the business
  • Updating and maintaining the company CRM software for full traceability
  • General administrative duties.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong passion for customer service and excellent rapport building skills. Being friendly, outgoing and approachable, with an excellent telephone manner, you will have the ability to approach situations with empathy and patience, dealing with potentially difficult situations effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication is essential to succeed in this role. You will have the ability to problem solve in a pragmatic and practical way.In return for the above, our client is offering a solid starting salary, full training and the opportunity to progress. Your line manager in this role has extensive team management and customer experience skills, being a supportive, driven and empathetic leader at all times.This is a long term, stable opportunity for hard workers who love being involved in the ongoing customer journey.
