Working for our Royston based client you will provide first class customer service to specified Export customers. This will include overseeingand developing key customer accounts through to managing the full timeline of export orders, including preparingexport documentation, improving processes to increase efficiency of role and supporting the Customer Care Manager and peers in dailyresponsibilities.To perform thisrole successfully, you will have regular communication with production factories to ensure prompt fulfilment of orders, proactive communication with internal Business Development Managers and regular communication with key suppliers/hauliersto ensure theyare receiving the expected level of service. You will workclosely with the Export Customer Co-ordinator to ensure all export customer orders are covered and all related administrations tasks are completed on a daily basis. There will be a requirement to work closely with the Export Customer Co-ordinator to ensure all orders are covered during periods of annual leave.Export experience is essential!Please call Julie for a full spec.
