Octagon Medical Practice is a merger of practices in the Peterborough area and as such is owned and run by the partners from those practices. We are contracted by the NHS to provide Primary Care services through our various locations.Octagon Medical Practice at Nene Valley Surgery in Peterborough is seeking a Receptionist/Admin Support for 30 hours per week to join our pro-active and friendly team at our Nene Valley Surgery.We are looking for somebody who has excellent administration and people skills, with a clear understanding of the need for patient confidentiality. In addition, the ability to multi task and work well under pressure are also requirements for this role. Previous knowledge of working wthin a doctors surgery would be advantageous.On occasions you may also be asked to assist with holiday and sickness cover for other staff members, meaning availability for additional hours at short notice is required.If you feel you have the right skills for this job then Octagon would love to hear from you.
