Operations Co-OrdinatorOrpingtonSalary £29,000 DOEMonday-Friday 9am-5pm28 days holiday + Bank holiday + Christmas shut downFree parkingA newly created role available for an Operations Co-ordinator to join a growing facilities organisation that proudly remains a privately owned family run business. You will be supporting the Directors, Office Manager, and admin team with ad hoc tasks and their day-to-day business activity. You will be given hands on, on the job training. There is a great onboardingprocess with regular opportunities to develop your skills further.As an Operations Co-Ordinator working in a busy, fast paced facilities helpdesk setting you will be:* Responsible for planning, scheduling and co-ordinating all required works, ensuring maximum productivity and minimising travel time* Supporting customers from the back office - working closely with account managers and area managers who will manage the client relationship* Working within the Administration team, responding to requests, adhering to KPIs and SLAs* Pricing works and raising quotations* Liaising with Sub Contractors and engineers to plan works and the hiring of machinery* Arranging permissions to work including documents for specific tasks and clients relating to health and safety (COSHH) and Risk assessments (RAMS)* Providing regular management reports* Managing Stock control & purchasing products upon request by management and account handlersAs an Operations Co-Ordinator you will have the following:* A high level of initiative, with drive to continuously improve processes and procedures* Effectiveness when working within a team to achieve common goals* Working independently and equally as a key member of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment* Great attention to detail and comfortable enough to work on their own* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner* Proficient with Microsoft 365 and keen to learn new technologies and systems* Any helpdesk, or experience with coordinating works or engineers would be beneficialNetbox Recruitment are an equal opportunities employer acting as a recruitment agency for the attraction and selection of talented individuals for this position.Immediate interviews available - Contact Kristina Todorova on Option 2
