You must have experience of taking blood, ideally in the community. You must also have a recognised Phlebotomy certificate.The Community Team consist of Nurses, Healthcare Assistants & Phlebotomists. They are a busy & dynamic team who have patient care at the heart of all they do. Our work is crucial to the community as we aim to prevent hospital admission for our patients.You will be responsible for delivering our high standards of care whilst working in line with our Infection Control, Disposal of Clinical Waste, Data Protection and Safeguarding policies.You will need to be able to work the following shifts 8.00am – 16.00pm.Please note that Phlebotomist roles are designated essential car users therefore applicants should have a current driving licence and access to a vehicle to be considered for this position.Please see attached job description and person specification for more informationFor further details / informal visits contact:
