Job Description

Respiratory Physiotherapist - Band 66 month Fixed Term ContractBickerstaffe House, OrmskirkFull time or part time hours availableAre you an experienced and dedicated Respiratory Physiotherapist looking to work in a community setting where you will be supported by both the Therapy and Specialist Respiratory Nursing team Our experienced and innovative team in West Lancashore have an exciting opportunity for a Respiratory Physiotherapist to join on a fiexd term contract.Feel ProudAs the Respiratory Physiotherapist you will be part of the multidisciplinary team working with adults with respiratory conditions in their homes and community settings. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: providing chest clearance and breathing techniques, improving the self-management of people with chronic respiratoryconditions through education, support and close liaison with the wider health and social care services, providing a variety of innovative components including a Pulmonary and Cardiac rehabilitation, offering supplementary oxygen assessment and rapid response for those in an exacerbation and you will also play a key part to reduce unnecessary hospital admissions where possible.You will have a Degree /Diploma Qualification in Physiotherapy, a valid relevant professional registration and a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a Respiratory clinical setting.Feel ValuedYou will feel valued as a Band 6 Respiratory Physiotherapist within Virgin Care receiving access to exclusive rewards and benefits including:
