Job Description

JUNIOR CONTENT CREATORWe are currently recruiting for a Junior Content Creator to join our very successful client who are a busy full-service digital marketing agency based near Ormskirk. Our client works with a wide range of clients across multiple different sectors and dueto their success and proven and effective strategies they have rapidly expanded over the past 12 months. They have made some very exciting changes / additions to the services they offer, and their growth is not slowing down so its a great time to join a genuinelybrilliant team.This role would be perfect for a driven, proactive, and super keen person who ideally has 1- or 2-years experience either within an agency or in-house. You will be given excellent guidance, support, and the opportunity to grow and develop.WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:

  • Salary in the region of £20k to £25k per annum DOE
  • Monday to Friday working hours
  • Hybrid working which is usually 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH

A SNAPSHOT OF THE JUNIOR CONTENT CREATORS DAY:
  • Working with the Senior Content Creator to mange the content creation throughout the business including writing content briefs for external copywriters and the wider team
  • Creating content with different tone of voice matched to the audience the content is targeted at
  • Proofreading content that comes into the business
  • Drafting and editing engaging content
  • Drafting copy for clients and media / journalists
  • Optimising blog and web content ensuring SEO best practices for optimisation
  • Perform keyword research
  • Researching trends
  • Working to deadlines and to the highest standards
  • And much more!
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • At least 1- or 2-years work experience
  • Ideally a degree or relevant qualification within marketing
  • Be a passionate copywriter who would like to learn and progress
  • Be a positive team and player
  • Be passionate about all things digital!
  • Have a team spirit and be able to work productively and positive with people across the business.
