We are currently recruiting for talented Childrens ResidentialSupport Workersin Ormskirk.About the roleThisisa full time role, where you will be working 48 hours (including sleeps) on a 2 on 4 off basis. Our client is offering £24,000 - £26,000 per annum dependanton experience and qualifications with a sleep allowance of £45 per sleep.The role will involve providing therapeutic support to children with challenging behaviour in a residential setting.About the companyOur client is a new care provider, offering support to children and young people displaying challenging behaviour. Our client had multipleresidential homes across the north west and the midlands, and are aiming to expand within the coming months. Their purposeisto offer therapeutic support to individuals, so that they can achieve the best possible outcomes and achieve their aspirations.Who we are looking forCandidates should have at least 2 years experience working in a similar role, with children displaying challenging behaviour. Candidate must hold an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care with Children and Young People, and must be a driver with a clean UK drivinglicence, access to a vehicle with business insurance.
