Also working closely with our other community services and partners including specialist nurse teams, home oxygen service, bed based rehabilitation, Urgent Care, Acute Visiting Services, Primary care, NWAS, secondary care, social care and third sector organisations.You will be a first level registered nurse with current registration with clinical body, have aNurse practitioner qualification or demonstrable experience.
