Job Title: Multi- Site ManagerSector: Learning Disabilities - Supported LivingHours: Monday to FridaySalary: £40,000 - £45,000We are recruiting for Multi- Site Manager for a small group Supported Living services based in Great Yarmouth.Our client is looking for someone, who is experienced in managing services which specialise in delivering the highest standoff care and support people diagnosed with various Learning Disabilities, Autism, and associated behaviours that challenge.This is an opportunity for an experienced CQC Registered manager who is looking to join a business, where you can really put your own stamp on services and be the real driver in standards and quality of care being delivered.As the Registered manager, your duties & task will include:

Work with external agencies such as: Social workers, CCGs and local authorities at referrals to grow & develop the service
Review reporting procedures in place to make sure you are working within the CQC regulations and guidelines
Be a positive role for all junior staff
Have a good knowledge of suitable activities in the local area of Great Yarmouth and wider regions of Norfolk
To be able implement a rota system and complete monthly staffing rotas to make the service is fully staff 24/7

The ideal person for this Multi-Site Manager role will need to be:

Someone is experienced in working the CQC
Experienced in leading multiple services
Completed QCF level in Social care management or Equivalent
A go getter, someone who has a pro-active approach
Can work off your own initiative
Who is Ideally based within a reasonable commute of Great Yarmouth
