Youre a confident coder in C#, you might be a Senior Developer looking for your next step or an accomplished Lead Developer looking for a change. Either way, we would love to hear from you.Youll be trusted to get the job done and can use your coaching skills to help develop more junior members your squad.Youll be the go to person for any SQL, C#, .Net or any other development issues that we are struggling to resolve within the team. Developers and testers will usually work together to resolve issues but sometimes we need a higher level of knowledge or timeavailability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions putting those technical and analytical skills to good use!About the roleYoull use Microsoft tech stack including .Net, .Net Core and various repositories, use MVC models, get involved in RESTful API development to name a few. Youll also be exposed to industry leading fibre focused projects linking to 5G for our Fibre for Everyoneprogramme.You will be helping us to drive forwards best practice adoption and creation in our software architecture and coding patterns and principles. As a Lead Developer, you will provide technical expertise and guidance on consistency and best practice whilst alsoconsulting on analysis and estimates in order to set us up to succeed.You will ensure that our software systems meet customers requirements. You will drive best practice in this area and also work with delivery teams in supporting technical leadership.Youll be a true Technical Lead within our department and be able to mentor, guide, coach and support everyone around you to ensure we hit our deadlines, develop our people and succeed as a team.About youYoull have operated at least at Senior Developer level and have coverage of MS tech stack. If you have experience with relevant applications plus SQL - you would be deemed as a close match to what were looking for.Youll understand the detail but be able to interpret it for your colleagues at all levels.
