Our client based in Ongar is looking for a temporary Sales Administrator to start mid May and stay on a permanent basis thereafter.This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break, Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:- Responding to email and telephone enquiries regarding stock and orders- Update stock records- Processing customer orders accurately and timely; investigating stock levels to find out turnaround times- Raising all necessary documentation related to the customer requirements/orders- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure order progress is on trackSkills needed:- Must have at least 1 years customer service experience within an office environment- Must have a high level of accuracy and be confident working with data- Must have great computer skills and be able to adapt to new systems with ease; you will also need to be confident using Microsoft Excel regularly.- Must be a clear and confident communicator; both verbally and written- Must be confident dealing with a variety of different customers to meet their needs- Must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle as the company is outside of public transport routes.- Must be immediately available to start work.If this is you, please apply now!
