Job Description

We are recruiting for a well-established, developing client in Ongar who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their established team on a permanent basis.This is an amazing opportunity to join a progressive environment and study support is available. This role is full-time based in the office Monday-Friday.The Job:

Credit control
Managing the accounts inbox
Processing payments
Assisting with reconciliation
Helping with purchase ledger invoicing
Dealing with queries
Assisting with VAT returns
Adhoc duties to help the accounts , billing and operations teams

To be successful:

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices ideally from AAT studies
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
Previous experience in an accounting role
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Pro-active approach
Ability to work well within a team
Due to the location to must be a driver
