Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised person to join our business in the sales and admin department.Our business provides first class cloud computing services to companies across London and EssexThe role will involve providing assistance in sales, order processing and general office administration.The daily tasks will be varied as we are a small team in a busy office. As we are in the technology business its important that you have good IT skills, (Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook etc.). You will need excellent organisational skills, a good telephonemanner, and you must be punctual.You will be dealing with clients and suppliers on a daily basis so you will need to learn about our products and services and be able to confidently explain these and understand the differences in the types of technology that we sell.The main elements of this role are:

  • Preparing quotations for clients, sending the quotations and confirming the order
  • Processing orders received from clients using our internal CRM system
  • Liaising with our IT manager to co-ordinate our purchasing with project delivery expectations
  • Placing orders with suppliers for goods and services
  • Monitoring client subscriptions for changes and advising of renewal dates
  • General office admin duties including answering the telephone, dealing with client and supplier queries, updating client and supplier records
This is a full time position with the opportunity to progress your career into a dedicated sales role.
