Our client is nationally recognised mortgage broker and multi award winning advice network. Now one of its leading & award-winning mortgage broker & estate agency business partners is seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Advisor in the Ongar area, to work within one or more of their established estate agency business’s.Working from home and once restrictions are lifted from the busy estate agent offices, as well. You will have a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated for you by the established sales teams. The remuneration for the mortgage adviser role will be based on a highly competitive self-employed or a competitive employed package. Which will give you the best of both worlds, the leads and appointments that employed advisors get, but with the commission rates that self-employed advisors enjoy if you would rather be not be salaried.Successful candidates will be expected to earn a minimum of £60,000 pa from day one! however the commission is uncapped and many of the firms Advisors earn c £100,000 pa. In return for hard work there is no limit to your earning potential as you will also receive comprehensive full administration support as well!As a competent Mortgage Advisor, you will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12 months or more experience in whole of market mortgage broking and experience of working within the estate agency sector would be useful although not essential, however, a demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Advisor who has worked in a whole of market role is important to be able to deal with the fast pace from day one.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisors to join one of the UKs best-known mortgage brokers which offers excellent earnings potential.
