Job Title: Hire Desk Controller Location: Essex Job Sector: Construction Equipment Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience) plus additional company benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the hire desk of a well-established hire business. This is a role that would ideally suit someone who is looking to work within a fast-paced environment, within an organisation that is looking to invest. There will be an abundance of training and long-term career prospects available as well as a competitive basic salary on offer.Responsibilities of the Role:• Manage all inbound calls from customers • Follow up on any inbound bookings or enquiries • Manage the full process of running a busy hire desk • Input all data into company CRM systemsRequirements of Role:• A previous background working within a hire desk environment is essential • Experience working within the hire/rental industry is essential – willing to consider all candidates from a plant or powered access background • Must be extremely computer literate and competent in using IT systems • Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude If you are someone who fits the above requirements and would like to find out more about this opportunity please speak to Zoe Mansfield - –
