Are you a qualified teacher of Business Studies and Economics looking for a new role for February 2024 in OldhamWe are currently looking for a specialist Business Studies and Economics teacher to join an oversubscribed private school in Oldham from February 2024 to July 2024.The RoleTeacher of Business studies and Economics to GCSE and A levelThe current timetable is GCSE Business studies (EDEXCEL exam board) and A level Economics (EDEXCEL exam board) and A level Business Studies ( AQA exam Board)The role is required on a full-time basis but could accommodate part time for experienced teachers.The school are looking for a talented professional teacher, able to teach small groups of students in an environment of aspiration and academic success.The school are interested in hearing from Early Career Teachers and experienced QTS teachers or further education lecturers with experience of teaching A level Economics and GCSE Business.The SchoolOversubscribed independent school for children aged 4 to 18 in Oldham.ISI Education Quality Inspection September 2019 -"The quality of the pupils academic and other achievements is Excellent".Excellent senior leadership supportMany students go on to study business and related subjects at university.To join us and be successful in this Business Studies and Economics Teacher role, you will need to:

  • Hold QTS Status or QTLS or ECT status
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
