Job Description

Job Title: Service Co-ordinatorLocation: OldhamSalary: £18,312 per annumHours: Monday to Friday (8.30 am until 5 pm)Our client, one of the UK’s leaders in providing innovative construction and engineering solutions for clients within a variety of sectors including Retail, Health, Education and Commercial, now has an immediate need for a Service Co-ordinator to join the current team in the Chadderton Office.The role presents a fantastic opportunity to join this well-established business with an impressive portfolio of clients.Suitable candidates should have previous experience in an administrator role. Experience of working within retail Security Systems environment would be advantageous.Principle Accountabilities:

  • Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Recording incoming and planned service request activity.
  • Pre booking of site visits when required.
  • Progressing service request activity to completion.
  • Liaison with engineering team.
  • Reporting on completed / outstanding service activity.
  • Pre booking of site visits when required.
  • Preparing service activity for invoicing.
  • Ad-hoc activities as requested by Manager.
  • Key Performance Indicators:
  • Meeting client SLA’s.
  • Reporting to clients in timely manner.
  • Management of issues relating to unfinished service works.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience in administration (minimum of 2 years’ experience)
  • Ability to extract, collate and present performance data relevant to the business
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal, confident in communicating at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Confident liaising at regional, divisional, and senior level.
  • Experience in developing strong working relationships with colleagues
  • PC literate
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
