Job Description

You will be required to lead a small development team on software development from requirements specification to deployment.Client DetailsThe client is a software driven business working closely with retailers.DescriptionSenior Software EngineerKey Responsibilities:

  1. Analysing and leading on the developments of new company systems
  1. Lead on projects that would assist with the optimisation of existing websites
  1. Interpret business requirements, transfer these requirements into an agreed solution and illustrate the implementation of such requests
  1. Work to plans / deadlines in delivering company-based projects
  1. Suggest alternatives where existing paths of development can be improved
  1. Work closely with the IT Director to plan and deliver IT solutions
  1. Implement and deploy timely fixes to company bugs
  1. Manage the day-to-day workload of a small team of ASP Net. Developers
  1. Coach and mentor team for maximum output and results
ProfileEssential Skills:
  • C#, .NET, ASP.NET, .NET CORE
  • Develop web applications using .NET Core
  • Write unit tests
  • TDD
  • Development of APIs
  • Knowledge/Desire for the cloud (Azure/AWS)
