Job Description

What is the purpose of this roleTo advise and provide guidance to the site management team on HR practice, including legal compliance and company policy.Support the Management to deliver the People Plan, support engagement initiatives and resolve employee relations issues.What will you be doing

  • Provide advice and guidance and coaching to line managers on Absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, performance management, etc.
  • Responsible for HR Management information to the customer and to site, utilising this data to drive site people plans
  • Development of succession plans for the site
  • Manage a full range of HR activities within the Employee Lifecycle including probation, starters and leavers
  • Line management of HR Administrator
  • Provide advice and guidance on Servicecare Policy & Procedures
  • Manage HR Systems including Time & Attendance in through to Payroll.
  • Implementation of new HR Mitrefinch system to integrate with existing time and attendance system.
  • Drives Site Engagement & Charity / CSR Initiatives
  • Compliance of HR Audits
  • Support recruitment and selection through to onboarding
  • Maintaining up to date Employment Law knowledge and manage risk of ER issues
  • Support junior management with training and development.

    3. Previous HR Advisory experience
    4. Employee Engagement
    5. Coaching and upskilling managers
    6. Design & deliver training
    7. Experience of working on a minimum wage site
