This is an excellent opportunityto join the Apprenticeship & Work-based Learning team and deliver a real impact in assisting with the continued growth of the college’s apprenticeship programmes.The successful candidate will contribute to the quality team by maintaining the high standards of service delivery and assisting the positive outcomes of our apprenticeship provision.Quality Lead - The Role:Working alongside a great set of colleagues you will be at ease preparing and presenting quality reports to management, highlighting key performance indications, trends and areas of concern.Leading continuous improvement initiatives, you will be able to identify opportunities for future development and their implementation, ensuring compliance with quality standards at all times.A great communicator you are at ease collaborating with other departments to address any quality issues and implement any effective or developmental actions as necessary.As well as running reports and analysing data you produce accurate findings and strive to keep informed of any reglementary or legislative changes that could affect the Further Education Sector.Quality Lead - You:- Experience working on apprenticeships and work-based programmes in Further Education and/or with training providers- Experience of developing and implementing quality systems to improve organisational performance on apprenticeship programmes- A good understanding of current apprenticeship delivery issues and strategies impacting on FE colleges and/or training provider performance- Experience of driving forward organisational development and culture change- Proven success in setting and maintaining quality standards, and setting and achieving target performance outputs on apprenticeship and work-based learning programmes- Demonstrable evidence to show a commitment to a customer centred approach- Demonstrable evidence to show a commitment to continuous quality improvement- A thorough understanding of the requirements of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework- Strong communication skills with the ability to analyse and present information in a wide variety of formsQuality Lead - Benefits:- Generous Pension Scheme- Fantastic Staff Benefits and Rewards platform- Very generous holiday entitlement- Employee Assistance Scheme- Enhanced Maternity/Paternity provision- Staff Development days/week (Jan, July, Aug)- Free confidential counselling service- Staff recognition awards- Car Scheme- Subsidised car parking- On-site Day Nursery- On-site hair and beauty salonFurther details on this position, including Person Specifications, are detailed in the attached Job Description.Due to the anticipated high number of candidates for this role, the closing date could be brought forward, so apply early.If your application is successful, your personal data may be used for a pre-employment screening check by a third party as permitted by applicable law.
