Project Manager (Compliance and Improvement) £35,000 - £40,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Progression + Training + Life Insurance + Costco Membership + Medicash + Excellent Benefits Office Based, commutable from Oldham, Middleton, Ashton, Rochdale, Failsworth, Stalybridge Are you a Project Manager from a manufacturing or engineering background, looking for an autonomous role where you will manage projects from cradle to grave within a renowned manufacturing company where you will be heavily valued, invested in and supportedto enable you to achieve your career progression goals Do you have experience in Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Lean Methodologies or similar and want to use these skills in a lead Compliance role where all specialist training will be provided and you will recognised as a technical expert and have full autonomyof your team This is a great opportunity for a driven project manager to lead a variety of projects from start to finish and overseeing a close-knit team, giving you the chance to further develop and stamp your mark on a leading business. This company specialise in the manufacturing and installation of semiconductors across a variety of devices in the UK and are in a period of substantial growth. In this role you will lead a team of project co-ordinators in order to ensure the compliance of rules and regulations within the production department. You will be responsible for identifying and analysing day to day issues within the department through auditsand navigating resolutions in a number of areas. The ideal candidate will have project management experience in a manufacturing company, have Six Sigma / CI knowledge and be looking for technical training and career progression. The Role:*Leading large scale projects with the intention of improving standards in line with regulations.*Managing a team of experienced project co-ordinators. *Progression to senior managerial roles.*Monday to Friday (8:15am-4:30pm).
