M&E Site Manager (Electrical)£50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Pay and Role Progression + Flexi + Permanent + Perk Package + Award Winning CompanyOldham + Local AreasAre you a Site Manager with an extensive Electrical background looking for an autonomous, varied and wide-ranging role with vast progression prospects and ample opportunities to progress and develop your skillset within an award-winning companyAre you motivated and looking to work for a well-established, rapidly growing and highly regarded M&E Consultancy, working within an expert team providing exceptional services on a new builds, fit-outs, building refurbishments, or plant replacement projectsin a plethora of sectors from healthcare to logisticsOn offer is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the management team, coordinating full project lifecycles from conception to completion, whilst being rewarded with excellent progression prospects and a great renumeration package.The Role:

  • Providing Leadership and demonstrating strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the project team
  • Ensuring strict electrical programme adherence, overseeing and ensuring electrical aspects of the project adhere to the established timeline, coordinating efforts to avoid delays and ensure smooth progress
  • Implementing and upholding stringent quality control measures to ensure that all project components meet the desired standards
  • Taking charge of the procurement process and effectively managing the supply chain
  • Orchestrating and chairing routine site meetings involving all relevant parties to ensure comprehensive communication and alignment
  • Reporting site progress to Project Manager, providing detailed and accurate reports on the projects advancement
  • Reviewing scope of works and preparing RAMS documentation
  • Preparing and submitting technical documentation for equipment and packages, guided by the project managers directives
The Person:
  • Experience in a Site Management role
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Qualifications in Electrical sector
