BRAND NEW VACANCY, IT Analyst £28K Greater ManchesterRole: IT AnalystLocation: Chadderton, Greater Manchester , Ashton- Under-Lyne, Greater ManchesterSalary: Up to £28K D.O.EMy client is a global leading business, they have recently been acquired by a billion-pound company. They really are the best of the best in their industry, and they are now on the hunt for an IT analyst to join their team and growth plans on a permanentbasis.This role is office based in Chadderton, you will be required to support the businesses and internal user base providing 1st and 2nd line support. My client are looking for an IT Engineer who is passionate, ambitious and eager to learn new technologies.With the recent acquisition mentioned above, in a few short months this role will be office based in Ashton- Under-Lyne. My client are looking for someone who is excited to learn new technologies and support the needs of the umbrella of businesses who havealso been recently acquired.Company Benefits:

Key Responsibilities for the IT Analyst:
  • Hardware configuration and trouble shooting
  • Providing first and second line support to internal users and escalating to 3rd line where necessary
  • Manage service desk queries in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of IT strategy for the IT Department
  • Schedule automated reports using SP Reports.NET, SQL Reporting Services Scheduler and Crystal Reports Scheduler (ALL TRAINING PROVIDED)
  • Work independently but also play a key role as part of a team
  • Assist on exciting IT Projects- learning and developing your skillset
Skills and Experience Beneficial to your IT Analyst Application:
  • Strong Microsoft Stack- Office365/Exchange/SharePoint
  • Active Directory- setting up new users and accounts
  • Hardware Trouble shooting and Configuration
  • Telecoms experience
  • Windows Servers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
