Job Description

A HR Advisor role is open for a driven and passionate professional who will provide essential support to a bustling Human Resources team in the not for profit and charities sector, based in Oldham.Client DetailsOur client is a well-respected and established entity within the not for profit and charities sector. They employ a large number of staff across multiple sites, with a strong commitment to providing an exceptional level of service to their beneficiaries.Description

  • Provide HR guidance and advice to team members and managers
  • Take the lead in employee relations cases
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct recruitment processes and selection for vacancies
  • Provide support in the development of HR initiatives and systems
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation
  • Facilitate employee training and development
  • Administer employee benefits
ProfileA successful HR Advisor should have:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience in conducting recruitment processes
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
