Job Description

ThisHealth & Safety Manager opportunity is working a mix between the office based in Oldham and field based visiting commercial shopfitting projects across the UK. In addition to a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 pa based on experience you will also receivea car or car allowance.As Health & Safety Manager you will:

  • Carry out regular health and safety inspections on all sites, across the UK.
  • Be proactive in suggesting and implementing safety initiatives.
  • Take the lead and champion the development of safe systems of work.
  • Offer pragmatic advice and solutions to issues raised by project teams.
  • Assist the warehouse team in maintaining safety compliance.
  • Assist project teams in the development of SSOW.
  • Assist the compliance manager with accreditations.
  • Be comfortable delivering toolbox talks and updates.
We are keen to speak to people about thisHealth & Safety Manager opportunity with the following skills and experience:
  • TechIOSH status or above.
  • NEBOSH general certificate.
  • CSCS white card.
  • Experience within the construction and/or facilities management sector.
  • Asbestos awareness trained.
  • Ability to complete PQQ documents and collate and present H&S KPIs.
