You will be one of the first Employment Advisors to join this brand-new programme. They will teach you how to be an IPS specialist - which is a specialist methodology for supporting those with mental health or addiction support needs. This service is supportingthose with a history of drug or alcohol addition and will be working closely with the NHS.We are looking for somebody inOldham where you will co-locate at either an NHS or Local Authority site. You will have a caseload of around 25 clients in total, aiming for around 2 job starts a month (with job sustainment’s at 3 months). Around 25% of yourcaseload will currently still be employed but might have challenges in their current employment.
