You will be responsible for the overall trading and campaign implementation of the websites. This will be acrossall of the websites for this international consumer brand and as part of a wider dedicated ecommerce, digital marketing team.In the role you will be:Looking after the Key KPIs/ web metrics - Sales, Profit, CR, AOV, IPB Work closely with Marketing and B&M to create and deliver a strong seasonally relevant trading plan which will deliver KPIs. Work in association with the Digital Marketing team to help them achieve their relevant KPIs: Trading: deliver the marketing/trading plan, communicate with Marketing/Design/CRM and manage day to day site/email promotional activities Ensure that product launches, promotions and content are timely, accurate and delivering on KPIs for relevant sites You will need:At Least 5 Years Experience of B2C Ecommerce/Online Trading with minimum 3 at Management level -Experience of Omnichannel Retail Preferable - Experience of working effectively with external partnersExperience in using the relevant Ecommerce & Advertising platforms - Strong focus on results and achieving targets through a data driven mindset - Track record of producing high quality, accurate work under pressure - Have relevant experience of managing multi-languageand multi-category campaigns, across all consumer touch pointsBe experienced in day-to-day ecommerce site management ensuring promotions and content are timely, accurate and on Brand to deliver KPIs - Strong Leadership, Organisation, Interpersonal & Communication Skills - Works completely on their own Initiative to driveresults & align requirements cross functionallyIf you have what it takes and youre keen to accelerate your career please get your application in today!
