Job Description

A brilliant education provider is looking to recruit a talented Lecturer in Computing to work Full-Time Permanent basis in Greater Manchester.The provider is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teacher of Computing with a background in industry to join their team.Salary & Benefits:

Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A PGCE or QTS
  • A DBS
  • Industry background is expected
The successful applicant will join our computing team of tutors and will be responsible for the delivery of our computing curriculum delivering modules on topics such as Project management, Network administration, Database design/administration, Cloud computing,Cyber security and programming.We are particularly interested in individuals who have good knowledge of cloud computing and virtual environments and Cyber security, but a general computing background is accepted as we can add a training schedule for those who need this.Important NoticeDovetail and Slate is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, applicants and clients to share this commitment.This role may involve work with under 18s or vulnerable adults.
