Business Development Manager (North)Location: Remote (Hybrid working from Oldham office available) Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)Salary: Up to £38,000 plus commission (up to 35% of basic) plus company car allowance.Our client is a leading expert in the retail of electrical appliances, an established household name selling to UK businesses. They have evolved from a mail order supplier into an E-Commerce business but remain fanatical about excellent service, quality, and sustainability.As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts and for bringing on new business through category penetration. The role requires prospecting and winning new customers in the £100k-£250k spend category,tracking activity via the CRM. The position involves completing bids with support from Sales Operation teams, building and qualifying a prospect pipeline, whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Over time, the role transitions to a greater emphasison growth within existing contracts, so there is a requirement to build and maintain strong client relationships.Responsibilities:
