Job Description

Did you know we have been awarded top UK & Global Employer 5 Years Running!Working as a Branch Sales Manager for Minster; you will support the Branch Operations Manager by leading the sales team in store. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of several key customer accounts, whilst supporting and developing ahigh-performing team. You will continuously lead by example, ensuring excellent levels of service and satisfaction are delivered to customers in order to achieve the companys goals.Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and deliver results across a range of Key Performance Indicators, through the management and planning of day to day sales functions within branch
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers an exceptional level of service to all customers and account holders
  • Effectively lead the sales team, regularly presenting detailed reports on branch performance, and delivering training in line with the Saint Gobain values
  • Ensure the team are experts in their field, maintaining a high level of commercial knowledge to instil trust with all clients
  • Facilitate meetings onsite with account holders within the Oldham / Greater Manchester area
What skills and experience are we looking for
  • An infectious passion for sales, with the ability to lead and motivate a successful sales team within a competitive market
  • A proven track record within a proactive sales role. Experience within the construction/building materials industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • Leadership experience, including people and performance management
  • Experience effectively supporting and training a team, encouraging each team member to grow and develop within their role
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a proven track record of success achieving against KPIs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, working with a wide range of colleagues and clients
  • Full clean driving licence
