Branch Coordinator / Valuer Oldham £23,000 (including car allowance) + OTE £25,000 This role is a 12 Month Maternity Cover contract initially with the chance to go permanent for the right candidate Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 10.00am - 2.00pmValuer duties: *Working as the Assistant to the Office Manager and assuming their supervisory duties in their absence.*To carry out valuations and marketing of repossession properties on behalf of corporate clients, adhering to their terms of business.*Where required, carry out private valuations and prepare for marketing, supervision and management of properties.*To assist the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the branch.*Dealing with sales and lettings enquiries on the telephone and in the office.*Dealing with vendor enquiries, ensuring vendor reviews are up to date.*Operate and maintain the applicants register.*Arrange viewings and follow up, providing feedback to vendor clients within 24 hours.*Generate mortgage leads, sales advices, viewings, LFS instructions and Relocation Agent Network leads.*Taking offers and applications for sales/lettings properties and ensuring the vendor is informed immediately. Confirm all offers in writing within 24 hours.*Sales negotiations, monitoring progress of agreed sales, liaising with clients, solicitors and lenders.*Where required assist with external appointments, i.e. photographs, viewings, property inspections, security checks.To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2+years property experience and worked in a similar role CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
